Accomodation

The ground floor accommodation comprises of a large, well-equipped kitchen/dining room (including an oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer), the twin bedroom, a shower room/wc and a utility room (with a washing machine, tumble dryer and large, suspended drying rack).

Upstairs there is a double bedroom with a full bathroom en-suite and the sitting room with magnificent views over the Cromarty Firth and the mountains beyond. 

There is a flat-screen TV, Free-Sat Sky-Plus, HDD, DVD, VHS players and a music system, as well as wireless broadband Internet. 

The garden surrounds the property and the driveway provides ample parking space for a number of cars. 

To meet your needs, there is a small local shop in Culbokie, a Tesco at Dingwall (5 miles approx) and the Tesco Superstore at the Inverness Retail Park (12 miles approx., open 24 hours per day).  We will provide salt, pepper, sugar, instant coffee, teabags and a pint of milk upon your arrival.  You will also find washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, hand soap and toilet paper.

We will happily do any other shopping prior to your arrival at cost + 10%.  Just let us have a list at least two days before you check in.

Your beds will be made and towels will be provided.  If you are staying longer than one week a change of linen and towels will be supplied.
